What is the current time frame for the construction of a building?
It usually takes 12 months from the completion of the architectural plans for the building to the construction and completion of the building.
Our executive suites are readily available and move in can be within a week. We are working on the final plans for the Luxury apartments. After the City of Delano reviews and approves the plans, we will announce the final construction dates.
We are also going to start planning a new office and retail building in the new 2021 year.
